Welcome to my ongoing Gartside Family History Project, please take your time and look around. If you have any questions on how to use the website click this link. To help you sort through all the the information, I've added notes to tie the people and events to the original sources.

I'm always looking for more history especially:

1. Any information regarding Elsie Elizabeth (Gartside) Mearman .
2. Any information on the Orr or Doggart Families of Northern Ireland (Newtownards area). My father and mother have relatives that originated in that area about the same time.
3. Details of the Runde's in Germany. I have very little information the them in Germany.

08 Apr 2012 - Added the Mata Family (112 new persons) to my tree, included are photos and new sources from Mexico.
17 Mar 2012 - Added new Runde photos and sources from Eleanor Runde's photo albums
27 Feb 2012 - Added sources for Gravestones and completed all local gravestones, still working on Doggarts & Gartsides in UK.
23 Oct 2011 - Added pictures to Runde's and Provencher's, added Mata family line (Maternal Grandmothers Mexican family) and additional information on the Gartside's (John Gartside's line)
08 Sep 2011 - Removed Events from living persons. Added photos of some Mearman's from 1930-1950 High School Yearbooks
24 Aug 2011 - Added new sources (Parish Registers & Barry Collins site) to validate Gartside family (late 1700's to 1800's) in England
